Teams & Organizations

High-performing teams require more than physical skill and strategy. The ability to stay composed under pressure, communicate effectively, and respond to adversity is what separates teams that compete from those that consistently perform at a high level.

Through Arize Performance, we work with teams and organizations to develop the mental and relational skills that support performance throughout the season.

What We Focus On

  • Focus and consistency in training and competition
  • Emotional regulation under pressure
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Communication and team cohesion
  • Leadership development (captains and emerging leaders)
  • Responding to adversity and setbacks

How We Work With Teams

Team Sessions
Structured, interactive sessions designed to build mental skills, strengthen communication, and align the group around shared values and expectations.

Season-Long Support
Ongoing work integrated into the rhythm of the season. This includes foundational sessions early on, mid-season adjustments, and support during high-pressure moments as competition intensifies.

Leadership Development
Targeted work with team leaders to strengthen communication, accountability, and presence within the group.

Workshops & Intensives
Single-session or short-term engagements focused on specific topics such as performance under pressure, team culture, confidence, or mental reset strategies.

Approach

Our work is grounded in performance psychology and informed by over two decades of clinical experience. We take a practical, relationship-based approach that allows athletes to apply mental skills in real time—during training, competition, and team interactions.

Rather than one-size-fits-all programming, we tailor our work to the specific needs, culture, and goals of each team.
